This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the value for money was exceptional. The prices were reasonable and completely justified considering the amazing experience we had. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. From the moment we arrived, the staff were attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Additionally, the location of the hotel was fantastic. We had breathtaking views of the mountains from our room, creating a truly serene atmosphere. Lastly, the Japanese-style breakfast served at this hotel was an absolute delight. The traditional flavors and presentation made it a memorable experience.
My only minor gripe would be the language barrier with the staff. While they were friendly and helpful, communication could be a bit challenging at times.

This ryokan is a perfect retreat for a couple's holiday. The location is wonderfully relaxing and private, surrounded by breathtaking nature and calming creeks. The rooms are well-maintained, and each has a big window that offers stunning views of the mountainous terrain. The food is delicious, with various dishes to choose from for breakfast and dinner. The staff members are very polite and accommodating and always happy to help with any requests. The outdoor baths are perfect for relaxing after a long day of walking in the area.
The only minor downside is the outdoor onsen might not be hot enough, as mentioned by one reviewer.

We loved the fine views of the mountains and creek from our room's big window. The thick jackets provided by the hotel were a thoughtful service to stroll around this city's chilly weather. The hotel's shuttle service from and to the train station was quite punctual, and the front desk staff member was friendly and helpful in explaining the local attractions and wildlife.
Nothing, no complaints at all.
